By accessing or using Hubud's workforce planning platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Hubud provides workforce planning tools including scenario modeling, salary benchmarking, budget tracking, and team management features for startups and growing companies.
Important: Data Sharing for Platform Improvement
By using Hubud, you explicitly agree that we may use your anonymized workforce data (salary ranges, role types, company size, etc.) to improve our benchmarking algorithms and provide better market insights to all users.
You agree that we may:
• Analyze your workforce data to improve platform features and algorithms
• Use anonymized salary and position data to create industry benchmarks
• Share aggregated, non-identifiable data with other platform users
• Collect usage analytics to enhance user experience
All data sharing is anonymized and aggregated. We never share company names, individual employee details, or specific company data.
• Provide accurate information when using the platform
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
Free Plan: Up to 20 employees, 2 scenarios, basic features
Pro Plan: Up to 60 employees, 5 scenarios, priority support ($99/month)
Enterprise: Unlimited employees and scenarios, custom pricing
Billing is monthly for Pro plans. You may cancel anytime with immediate effect.
• Hubud provides tools and data for informational purposes only
• Salary benchmarks and projections are estimates, not guarantees
• You are responsible for all hiring and compensation decisions
• We are not liable for business decisions made using our platform
• Service availability is provided "as is" without warranties
Hubud retains all rights to the platform, algorithms, and aggregated data insights. You retain rights to your company's specific data, subject to the anonymized sharing terms above.
Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted according to our data retention policy.
